L: My husband never get sleep since from 9 years. He has shown doctors also. He is never happy and irritated. I want him to be happy and enjoy this precious human life. What can I do?
Swami Ram Swarup: You are advised to seek other suitable specialist Doctor who can guide you properly. However, if you and our husband both do name jaap ‘Om’ and Gayatri mantra sitting on sidhasan daily then you would be able to get the blessings of Almighty God. Secondly, you should seek local guru, who can teach your husband asan, prannayam and meditation. Hard practice of asan, prannayam and meditation would sure give benefit to your husband.

Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. Vedas speak about marriage that boy and girl should be learned, having good qualities to survive in life and boy should be well-earning. In this connection, I paste relevant answer:-
Marriage outside caste
God has created the universe. He has given us birth also. Now, again He has blessed us with the knowledge of Four Vedas to be obeyed, for attaining a long happy life. In Vedas, God has never mentioned about Nadi Dosh, Teva, Sarp Dosh, Kundli Matching etc. etc. So it is upto you whether to follow Vedas’ Philosophy, or to accept the custom against the Vedas. If you follow Vedas’ Philosophy, then please go ahead and arrange marriage outside caste. But Vedas tell that before marriage, the good qualities of both sides must be checked i.e. whether family is educated, boy is earning well, etc.
Caste system has not been made by God in Vedas. So in case of marriage, qualities of both bride and bridegroom must be kept in mind. Therefore different castes make no difference if boy and girl have good qualities to discharge their family duties and look after their children well. Good qualities must be learnt from Vedas, shastras and holy books. For example, Boy and girls must serve their parents, elders, must be God fearing, boy must be earning well to feed family properly, boy and girl must be educated. Both must shower their love to children of whole family and others. Boy and girl must never lie. Girl must be obedient to in-laws. She must be hardworking and several other good qualities must be gained by listening Vedas. Family of both sides must be satisfied by each others qualities.
It is very clear that marriage performed between Brahmin families gets broken in case of any shortcoming in any boy/girl. So one should not look only at caste.
