V: Guruji ke Charnoon main mera pranam. Guru ji agar koi unwanted vichar pareshan kar raha ho, jiske bare main main nahi sochna chata aur apna time barbad nahi karna chata to yeah sahi hai na ki main un vicharoon par zada dhayan na doon aur apna kam karta rahoon. Mera poochne ka matlab yeah hai ki whether aisee vichar aa raha hai ya nahi aa raha hai muje in batoon ki fikr na karke balki apne kaam par dhayan dena chaiye. I experience that after some time such unwanted thoughts become ineffective and disappear.
Actually I am Just asking that one may choose not to react/respond/pay attention to any unwanted thoughts, ignore them, again bring attention to work and continue the work in hand OR one could follow shanti parv method of mahabharat given by BHESHM PITHAMA. I mean to ask that there is no hard and fast rule na that only the second method is to be followed.
One could follow the one that suits. For me the first one is very helpful to maintain my peace of mind and concentrate on my work/studies as I dont have to worrry if any unwanted thought is about to enter.
So I can continue with such a method na Guruji.
Actually, When I was tring to destroy the thoughts outside the mind itself it takes alot of my attention and I become very conscious of the any incoming thought and it really was affecting my concentration and studies. So now I just donot care what the thoughts are, good or bad I donot ponder on them, I just ignore them as they may come and go and disappear and I continue my studies no matter what as it is my top priority right now. So I just wanted to ask that there is no wrong in such an approch na. I may follow what suits me in this situation na. Apka Bhaut Bhaut dhanayad Guruji.

Valmiki ji ne jo satya likha weh yeh hai ki Ravanna chhal kapat se Sita mata ko chura kar le gaya tha. Sri Ram ne Sita mata kee khoj kee aur pata chal gaya ki lanka kahan hai, phir Sri Ramji ne Sugreev ki sena kee madad se Lanka par chadai kee, Ravann se yudh kiya, Ravanna ko maar kar Sita mata ko mukt kiya aur phir dubara se Sita mata ko apna liya. Yahi prithvi ka satya hai.
