Swami Ram Swarup: You are welcome, please.
1.) Yes, everybody can do sheershasan, both times i.e., in the morning and in the evening after proper learning from a learned acharya.
2.) If this asan is learnt properly then it makes no harm, to do both times otherwise, may be harmful.
3.) As I have told above, you can take support etc., in presence of learned acharya only. Yoga asan, prannayam etc., cannot be learnt either through any book, article nor CD, etc.
This education is only gained from learned acharya personally. Again, my blessings to you.

Swami Ram Swarup: Aisa koi aadmi sansar mein kabhi bhee nahin hua hai aur na hoga. Yeh kewal bhram hai. Aap bahadur banein aur is baat ko dimag se nikaal dein to aap bilkul theek ho jaogey. Baki shayad meiney pehele aapko rozana havan karne kee advice kee hogee. To aap rozana hawan Gayatri mantra se karein. Aur Ishwar ke naam ka jaap karein, Ishwar is bhram ka naash kar deiga.
Rohit: Thanks Guru ji….. Rohit
