RM: My pranams to acharya I am a South Indian from the south I want answer following questions
- I am doing daily Sandhya vandhanam what to do if I stop idol worshipping can I do agnihotra 2 times daily is it enough
2. Will I get deeksha from acharya? When? Please answer. Thank you!
Swami Ram Swarup: Dear daughter RM, to learn the spiritual matter based on Ved/ shashtras first of all one must seek a spiritual acharya to know Vedas and yoga philosophy. Yes, if you know how to “perform agnihotra” then you can go ahead beti keeping aside idol worshipping because idol worshipping is not mentioned in Vedas.
