Anonymous: Namaste dear Swamiji. I have a query on Rigveda mantra 7/104/11.
I was reading the Aryamuni Bhashya and the bhavarth is like this:
जो लोग सदाचारी लोगों को दुःख पहुँचाते हैं, वे तीनों लोकों से अर्थात् भूत, भविष्यत् वर्तमान तीनों काल के सुखों से वञ्चित हो जाते हैं। वा यों कहो कि भूतकाल में उनका ऐतिहासिक यश नष्ट हो जाता है और वर्तमानकाल में अशान्ति उत्पन्न होकर उनके शान्त्यादि सुख नाश को प्राप्त हो जाते हैं और भविष्य में उनका अभ्युदय नहीं होता, इस प्रकार वे तीनों लोकों से परे हो जाते हैं अर्थात् वञ्चित रहते हैं ॥११॥
The bhashya says that such sinners gets deprived of three lokas – i.e., happiness of the past, present and the future.
But Swamiji, the sinners have gotten happiness in the past already (through materialistic deeds); I couldn’t understand what is meant by being deprived from the past happiness?
Swami Ram Swarup: In the the Rigved mantra quoted by you there is mention that the culprit may not get any child.
- He may get downfall in three lokas.
- He who directly and indirectly becomes harmful to us, his fame/glory may be destroyed. My blessing to you for a happy life.
SPH: Namaste Swami ji, I am currently pregnant. unnecessary thoughts are make more confused me.So, i feel like stressful and fatigue. I need your blessings and advice. Please, guide me Swami ji.
Swami Ram Swarup: My dear daughter if you would start doing daily agnihotra even from one gayatri mantra only, in the morning and evening as well then the problem will be finished. You must also remember the name of almighty God, “OM” while sitting on asan after doing above quoted agnihotra. This pious deed will give you the pious result even in the delivery. My blessings are always with you my daughter.
Anonymous: I am a Ugra kshatriya boy (aguri). And my girlfriend is a kshatriya girl (mahesso). Can I marry her?
Swami Ram Swarup: Yes, you may marry her because your gotras are different.
