Take luke warm water and mix very small quantity of common salt to it. Now, take some water in cupped palm of hand and take it in through one nostril. Then push it out thoroughly from that nostril. Repeat this practice through other nostril. Do it about three times a day. It will be beneficial for you. My blessings to you all.

Bhavesh: Namaste Swamiji, Soul is called very very subtle – anu. It is also believed that it is grosser (sthul) as compared to God. When the soul is immaterial (non-physical) thing, how same can be imagined to be grosser or having anu pariman?
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. No doubt, that the soul is bigger than God but neither soul nor God are sthool. So, the meaning of bigger is also suksham (minutest) and therefore, God is more suksham (minutest) than soul. That is why God enters the soul.
