Karan Singh: Thank you Swamiji for your message.
Swami Ram Swarup: You are always welcome, please.
Jay: Jay Shri Krishna Swami Ji ! Ek Parshan Yeh Hai Ki Kiya Shanker Mahadev Ki Koi Putri (Daughter) bhi Hai? Please reply.
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. Nahi maine abhi tak Shankar mahadev ki koi putri nahi suni.
Prabhat: Poojya Swamiji – Sadar Charan Sparsh. I am very thankful to you for your blessings….please bless me for a healthy and peaceful life as well.
After reading the answers I have a few more questions but I will be asking you that a later stage ….it is perhaps because of my own ignorance as well.
I must also say that I was slightly disappointed too after reading a small response about Swami Vivekanand ji too. It is right that he spoke about Meat / Mutton consumption but my question was in relation to Vedant and how valid is it as of now (keeping Meat consumption in a distant perspective).
Also Swami ji I am very thankful to you for offering the books but I will politely decline this now and for this beg your forgiveness too. It is because if I got the books, it will be lying in a corner, effectively it will be me like a donkey who has just carried the books from one corner to the other. So please Swami ji forgive me for this.
I hope I am not troubling you and if so you should please ORDER me to stop.
Swami ji once again I beg for your blessing for a well rounded future of healthy, peaceful life along with strength to fight when we are confronted with Dukha, for my family and me. Respectfully, Prabhat.
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you for a long, happy and healthy life. However, I hope that you will also try at your level best to maintain brahmacharya, do also pious deeds, to get up early in the morning, to go morning walk and to do light exercises daily to maintain good health. You see, God helps those who help themselves”.
Secondly to get the blessings of Almighty God to protect us every time I would advise you to do daily hawan from ved mantras, name jaap of God ‘Om’ daily.
In this regard I paste my articles below:-
I am sorry my answer hurts you. I think I have already replied that present Vedanta which was also adopted by Swami Vivekanand does not tally with the eternal knowledge of Vedas which emanates direct from God. Present Vedanta states “Aham Brahm Asmi” i.e., soul is God, “tat tvam asi” you (soul) are God, “Sarvam khalu edam brahm” i.e., the whole creation and its matter is God. these all are upnishad’s shloka and not part of ved mantra.
Whereas in all four Vedas it is preached that there are three eternal and everlasting matters i.e., God, souls and prakriti. So Vedas tell about the said traitwad whereas vedanta tells about advaitwad. Vedanta accepts idol worship also but in Vedas there is no way of idol worship and avtarwad. Vedas is an eternal and everlasting knowledge which emanates direct from God whereas present Vedanta and sects etc., originated in between three thousand years. However, in the present time everybody is free to adopt any path so there is no any problem to adopt any path. Again, my blessings to you and your family.
For the book I have also beg excuses. I also paste my article below:-
Three eternal and everlasting matters:-
Several persons explain its meaning that there is only on God and nothing else i.e., except God there is nothing. They tell that there is neither prakriti nor soul and not even the creation which is being seen. Learned of Vedas do not accept it.
Eternal knowledge of Vedas which emanates direct from God only preaches “Traitvad”. In Traitwad, there exist three matters:
(1) God(Ishwar)
(2) Souls( Jeev)
(3) Prakriti(Prakriti)
God and Souls are alive whereas Prakriti is non-alive matter.
From Prakriti, all the matters of universe are created. But neither from God nor soul any matter is created. Soul can never be God being unchangeable and God can also never be soul being unchangeable. Soul due to the attraction towards prakriti is indulged in illusion and forgets his original form of immortal peace, purity etc. and has to face the birth and death again and again.
But Almighty being the commander of the souls and prakriti, is never attracted towards prakriti. He always remains purified. So, God cannot forget his original form and is never indulged in any kind of illusion. Therefore, everything like tree, tube light, stone, electric fan are made of prakriti and hence can never be God.
So, the meaning of Eko Brahma Dweetya na Asti will be, there is only one God equivalent to whom no other God exists. Besides this, Yajurveda mantra 27/36 states-‘Na Jataha Na janishyate’ i.e., there is only one Formless, Almighty, immortal God and equivalent to this, neither any other God was born, nor shall be born.
