Swami Ram Swarup: Mujhe Ramdevji ke baare mein zyada kuchh pataa nahin hai. Agar unkee kriya professional hai to ved-virudh hai anyatha nahin. Aur unke bataye marg se yadi kisi ko labh hota hai to weh usey avashya apnaye anyatha nahin. Phir ved to swatah paramann hain, kisi bhi vichar aadi ko satya siddh karne ke liye yeh jaanna zarooori hai ki weh vichar aadi ved mantron se tally karte hain ya nahi. “Pratyakshanumaanagmaha Pramannani”
Jahaan tak sudhaar ka sawal hai, Baba Ramdevji swayam kar hee rahe honge. Main barson se ekant mein hoon aur bahar kee duniyan ka mujhe itna pata nahi chalta.
Arya Vinod: Baba Ramdevji yog aur ayurved ko sath lekar swasthya labh karwate hai,isme kya apatti hai,kya sharir ko in sadhano dwara swasth rakhna hamara swadharm nahi hai kya swamiji?
Swami Ram Swarup: Maine pehle bhi kaha ki baba Ramdevji se sabhi ko vedanusar labhdayak gyan aur aushadhi aadi grahann karnee chahiye. Main to sirf adhyatmik gyan ko professional/commercial roop mein dekhna achchha nahin samajhta. Han! aushadhi aadi professional/commercial hone mein kuchh burai nahin hai.

Swami Ram Swarup: Vedanusaar jo bhi rashtriya hit mein karya karta hai weh apney dharma ka palan karne ke karann dharamatma purush/nari kehlate hain. Bus dekhna yeh hota hai ki weh karam vedanusar hai, athwa nahin. Usmein koi swarth ya vikaar to nahin. Jo desh hit mein karya kar rahe hain, unkee indriyan sanyam mein hain itiyadi.
Arya Vinod: Kya pranayam karte karte humare mann me swatah yam niyam ko palne ki dridta nahi aati,kya pranayam ka parinaam yam niyam nahi hota.. . . tatah kshiyate prakashavaranam, yogdarshan 2/52 anusar kya pranayam ka dirgkalik abhyas hume samadhi tak nahi pahucha sakta.
Swami Ram Swarup: Nahi, prannayam ka parinnam yam-niyam nahi hota. Yadi prannayam ka parinaam yam, Niyam hota to Rishi Patanjali Ashtang yog vidya mein Yam, Niyam ka ulekh hee nahi karte. Aisa nahi hota ki koi bachcha seedha hee pehlee, doosree kaksha ka adhyayan na karey aur seedha hee B.A mein pravesh kar le. Halanki yeh bhautikwad ka udaharann hai aur yam, niyam aadi adhyatmikwad hain aur prayaha adhyatmikwad mein bhautikwad ka udaharan theek-theek nahi ghatta bus samajhane ke liye hee udaharann diya jaata hai. Yajurved mein deeksha lene ka bhaav drid brahmacharya dharann karke Gayatri mantra aadi kee deeksha lene aur ved-vidya prarambh karna kaha hai. Ab deeksha to le lo, brahmacharya na dharann karo, indriyan sanyam karne ka prayatan na karo, burai chhodne ka prayatan na karo, to naam-jaap kya karega? Wahi karega jo aaj ho raha hai. Kitne sadhu-sant, unke shishya aadi pakde gaye hain ityadi. Atah pratahm yam-niyam par acharann karna ati avashyak hai. Phalswaroop hee asan siddhi hogee. Anyatha deir tak asan par nahin baitha jayyega aur na hee asan par baithkar sukh parapt hoga aur na hee vritti ekagra hogee.
Jub sadhak ashtang yog sadha prarambh karta hai tub yam-niyam aur asan kee siddhi ke pashchahat hee to uska shareer prannayam karne ke kabil hoga. phalswaroop hee to “Tataha ksheeyate prakashaavarnnam”

Prakash par pada hua parda hatega. Yahi satya to Patanjali Rishi Yog Shastra mein keh rahe hain. Ab yadi koi yam-niyam chhod kar ya asan bhi chhod kar seedha prannayam hee karega to uskey agyaan ka parda kyun nasht hoga, kabhi nasht nahi hoga aur na hee uska prannayam siddh hoga kyunki weh Ishwar ke banaaye anaadi niyam se bhatak gaya hai aur bhatake hue ko kabhi sachha raatsa nahin milta. Woh ved aur Shastra ke anusaar nahin chal raha, apnee marzi ke anusaar chal raha hai. Isliye uska uddhar nahin ho sakta. Hamein yaad rakhna chahiye ki prakash par se aavrann tub nasht hoga jub Yam, niyam, asan, iskee siddhi karke sadhak prannayaam ko siddh karega. Yadi kahin prannayam ka vishaye samjhaya ja raha ho to yeh nahin samajhna chahiye ki kewal prannayaam se hamein labh hona hai. Wahaan yeh samajhna chahiye ki issey pehle yam, niyam aur asan bhi hain jinhein pehley siddh karna hai aur yahi galtee aaj ho rahee hai ki ved virodhi, so called guru aadi dhyan lagane kee baat karte hain aur prayah adhiktar yeh nahin jaante ki Ashtang Yog vidya mein dhyan satveen manzil hai. Issey pehle Yam, Niyam, Asan, Prannayaam, Pratyahaar, yeh six ang siddh karne hotey hain. Isliye prayaha kisi ka bhi dhyan nahin lagta. Aur uttar mein unhein yeh keh diya jaata hai ki aur zyada baitho aur zyada baitho. Hamein Ishwar agya paalan karnee hai, manushya kee nahin. Ashtang Yog vidya vedon se nikalee hai.
