SS: Namaste guruji my wife needs pranic distant healing or other way to be cured from sugar bp at bitter higher level sugar. Havan performing is little bit costly and difficult for my own reason at the same time English medicine is costly and no cure.

Please, also seek job for your self to earn money and feed the family suitably. In Vedas, it is clearly mentioned that in case of any disease, contact the doctor immediately. Chittaranjan Tiwari: Pranaam, Swamiji when I do the havan at home with the Gayatri mantra , I put the twigs too and the get burned, Now I want to know that as long as I recite the Gayatri mantra the fire should be burning or even if the smoke comes its ok? What should I do to keep the fire on? Please guide.
Swami Ram Swarup: Fire should keep burning, please. So, you can put as many twigs as required to keep the fire burning. Please note that aahuti of ghee or hawan samigri is always offered in burning fire.
B: I have spectacles since 2 years , what is the method through which my numbers would go & I don’t have to wear specs? Will Shirshaasan be helpful for this or any other aasan? Please help.
Swami Ram Swarup: Sheershasan will not be helpful, please, at this juncture. If you are under 40 years then you may try to increase eye sight. You should learn asan, prannayam and meditation form a local yoga teacher. Should apply a drop or two of pure honey mixed with Tulsi rus (extract of tulsi) daily. Try to see rising sun with closed eyes for two minutes, daily and continuously see full moon (poornn masi moon) with open eyes wearing spectacles till eyes start watering.
