Vishal: Namaste Guruji, Guruji few days before I have listen on T.V. from a Ramayan Scholar a Doha of Tulsidas “Ishwar ansh jeev avinashi chetan amal sahaj sukh rashi.” As I take meaning of Doha is “Human being is part of Ishwar”. But according to Veda God, Soul, & Matter(Prakariti) are separate entity. & I think soul is not part of Ishwar. Please put some light on it.
Swami Ram Swarup: Namasteji, Yes, soul is not part of Ishwar. In this connection, I paste my article below:-
God is formless, omnipresent, omniscient, unchangeable, unchallengeable and when we would see a part of His creation i.e., air then we will know that even the air which is a part of His creation, cannot be fragmented into pieces. You see, even sky (space) is a part of His creation which cannot be broken into pieces. Now, you see, formless God is so subtlest and minutest that He resides within air, space as well as everywhere, due to His quality of being omnipresent. Yajurveda mantra 40/8 states His divine qualities that He is “Akaya” i.e., has no shape, “Avrannam” i.e., no kind of hole can be pierced into the God. So, learned will never think that God can be broken into parts. Then how can soul be part of Almighty God. Vedas state about traitwad- Alive God, Alive souls and non-alive matter prakriti.
The said three matters are eternal, everlasting and always separate from each other.

Athirathram Yajyen is not mentioned in Vedas but if it is performed by chanting Ved mantras then the pious result is definitely obtained.
