One month-long Ashtang Yog Shivir is being held at Ved Mandir, Yol. Swami Ram Swarupji, Yogacharya, will be giving the knowledge from Yog Shastra.
It commenced on Sunday, October 06, 2024. The Purnaahuti will be performed on November 03, 2024.
From Sunday, October 27, 2024 to Saturday, November 02, 2024, practical knowledge of asan, pranayama, etc. will also be shared.
Everyone is invited to attend for 1/3/7 days, or the entire duration per their availability. Pravachan will also be broadcast on mixlr.
