Nowadays, really corona’s disaster has eclipsed the entire world. Everybody i.e., Government, intellectuals, scientists, doctors, social workers etc. have put in their best efforts to overcome the said disease. In this way, really they all
deserve best appreciation for their selfless efforts.
However, it may take long time to find out the antidote to this disease. And, you see, when all the sources to overcome any problem are not readily available then we the human-beings ultimately remember God, which infact is also being seen that whole world is remembering God as per their own respective paths.
It shall not be out of place to mention here that very few know that Almighty, omnipresent, omniscient God nurses the whole universe and His preach for the same exists in Vedas. So, naturally we will have to pay our attention towards eternal vedic path to seek the remedy to destroy diseases for enjoying long, happy life.
In this connection, first I would like to mention Rigved mantra 1/22/15 wherein God states- That this huge expanded/spread earth is infact meant for giving extreme happiness, without even a single thorn, which could cause suffering/pain to human- beings. So, we must learn that all the innumerable matters like sun, moon, planets, forests, mountains, food crops, vegetation, rivers etc. which exist on this earth are meant to give us pleasure.
But oh! What a wonder that in the present scenario, human-beings have been experiencing unlimited diseases, problems, physical and mental stress etc. as a result, human life-span is becoming shorter day by day.
Isn’t it that we the human-beings have misled/deviated ourselves from the eternal path followed by our ancient ancestors. (Samved mantra744 refers).
Next mantra throws light that until God creates, none of the above quoted prakriti made worldly matters including earth can be seen by us then what to talk about gaining pleasure from the same.
In between, I would like to draw your attention towards Rigved mantra 10/181/1, 2 that in the beginning of the creation, knowledge of the four Vedas emanates directly from God and is originated in the heart of four Rishis. A Dignitary named Brahma served the said four Rishis and he alone obtained the knowledge of all four Vedas. From Brahma, the tradition of guru and disciple started.
Now, we recollect from the previous discussion that without the preach of a learned Acharya nobody would be able to know the process of creation and best use of the matters because until the vedic knowledge is given by learned guru traditionally, it cannot be gained.
Deep study of Atharvaved Mantras 11/3 (1)/25, 26 also reveals that knowledge of Vedas emanates from God, the main subject of Vedas is to realize God and God Himself has preached in the mantras about knowledge of realising God and the worldly/materialistic knowledge including medical science and both the knowledge are essential to gain long, happy life. You see, for the last several years, for one or the other reason, we the human-beings have ignored vedic knowledge, as a result, we have indulged in one-sided materialistic progress only. Therefore, we must pay our attention towards the ideas of the mantras wherein it is preached that Oh! man, we must gain the knowledge of both above quoted vidya because if you would gain only Brahma vidya leaving behind worldly vidya then “Prannaha tva Haasyanti iti” i.e. you would not be able to survive. Because you would not be able to understand about the worldly materialistic articles including nutritive food, medical science etc. On the other hand, if you only gain progress in prakriti made worldly matters including science etc. leaving behind the Brahma vidya then the power required to understand and destroy the sins like anger, sensuality, pride, ego, greed, injustice etc. would leave you and thus you would indulge in illusion and would not be able to gain the main motto of human-life i.e. to realize God.
Therefore, to attain long, ill-free, happy life and to make the family atmosphere like heaven, progress in both worldly matters like science etc. and spiritualism is required to be achieved simultaneously. Unfortunately in present scenario, the whole world has got progress in worldly matters / materialism, pomp and show especially earning money, ignoring the Brahma Vidya which has been preached by God in Vedas and result stands before us in the form of several diseases and unnecessary wars etc.
In the end, I would like to write that if anybody follows vedic preach then God Himself says in Yajurved mantra 1/2 that by performing daily Yajyen/Agnihotra by such aspirants, the whole universe including air is purified. Now more and more aspirants are required to follow vedic preach to perform daily agnihotra with ved mantras to realize God, where all diseases and problems are automatically destroyed.
