The persons who have controlled their senses and perceptions by following Vedic path. Those are having a pure human-life. They did prannayam and got pure life, have attained vedic knowledge, so they after leaving human-body, attained pure lokas i.e., pure human body. So the sensuality when it is generated, organ of passing urine, does not make effect on tapasvis who has controlled senses and perceptions, by hard practice of Ashtang Yog Philosophy and following Vedic teachings.
House of said persons becomes like a heaven where the women reside happily.
