Rahul: Pranaam guruji, Thankyou for answering me You said one should take a vow to not to commit sins again. I tried not to commit sins but i am not able to control my mind, thoughts. So how to get hold of this?
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you. You are welcome, please. Repentance and vow means to take firm decision with steadfast mind that in any circumstances the sins would not be repeated. So, in the absence of firm decision, the sins are recurred. You see, Bheeshma Pitamah vowed not to marry and not to get kingdom, which he maintained in all circumstances. We must know difference between pious deeds and sins and thereafter, one should only do pious deeds and not sins.

Karma ke vishaye mein mukhya ye do hee vichaar hain ki Jeev karma karta hai aur Ishwar uska Phal deta hai. doosra vichaar yeh hai ki hum is janm mein pichchley janmon ke karmon ke phal ko bhogne aaye hain aur is janam mein kiye karmon ka phal agley janmon mein bhogegey. Shesh ki kaun sa karma phal is janam ka hai athwa pichchley janam ka hai, yeh rehsaya Parmeshwar athwa koi yogi hee janta hai, anya nahi aur dono hee shaktiyaan is rehasya ko nahi kholtey.
