Swami Ram Swarup: Aapki jo brahmacharya dharann karne ki koshish hai, weh bahut hee achchhee hai. Han! safalta to dheere dheere hee prapt hotee hai. Manushya nirash na ho aur koshish karna kabhi na chhodey kyunki aap jaantey hain- God helps those who help themselves. Brahmacharya dharann karne se hee mansik aur shareerik shakti badtee hai, sath hee sath smarann shakti tej ho jaati hai achchha bhojan, pratah kaal kee sair aur halki exercise avashya karein. Yeh sab kuch aapko padai karne mein sahayak hongey. Bhojan aap prataha college jaaney se pehle kar lein aur phir college se aakar karein. Pratah kaal jab sokar uthtey ho, to brush aur shauch karke ,khali pet 1-2 glass paani peeney ka abhyaas karein. Yeh bahut labhdayak hai.

Yogesh: Gurumaharaj ji ke charano me sat sat naman.charan sparsh.guruji,killing any living being is sin deed. What would a person do if any person trying to kill another person and no one is there at place to protect? Can we kill any insects if there is probability of doing harm to the person?
Swami Ram Swarup: My blessings to you, my son. In such case, one should respond at his level best, in his self-defence. As regards insects etc., like scorpion, snakes, flies, mosquitoes, rats, cockroaches etc., the same should be killed, if those are living in your home premises because the life of man is more valuable than insects etc., and Vedas therefore allow to kill them.
