Swami Ram Swarup: Soul is eternal, everlasting and therefore is not originated. Jiva kahan se aaya means due to lack of Vedas’ knowledge, mostly people do not know that from where the jiva (soul) comers to enter the womb of mother. You see, soul already existed, being immortal but duly inspired by God, enters the womb of mother. There are two meanings of Brahma first Shabda Brahma i.e., Ved mantra; second is Par Brahma i.e., Formless, Almighty Omnipresent God Who creates, nurses and destroys the universe. God is Formless therefore He has no body, senses, perceptions, mind like humans. He has divine power which does not need body etc., to create and control the universe. Because God is Almighty so why would he require assistance of body-organs to do divine deeds etc. Yes God creates Triloki i.e., Dyulok, Antariksh lok and Prithvi lok.
