Swami Ram Swarup: The practice of prannayam and bandh must first be learnt from an acharya, personally. Otherwise, it may be harmful, please. This is also the fundamental law of God in Vedas that such knowledge is gained in person. I’m away and can’t teach you personally, from here. So, you are advised to learn the same from a local acharya.

Actually, in Hindu Sanatan Dharma, as per the Vedas, only a formless, omnipresent , Almighty God is worshippable Who alone creates , nurses and destroys the universe. However, in the absence of knowledge of Vedas, for the last about two thousand five hundred years ago people have made their own path of worshipping Devi and Devtas. So, it is very difficult to say, who is greater from other. However, the greatest Almighty God who creates, nurses and destroys and again creates the universe was, is and will ever remain one and the most supreme.
