Shivanshu: Pranam Swamiji Can a person choose their own Varna and work hard to achieve those qualities , or is it done by a learned Guru? Please also tell all the qualities(gunas) that are found in people of different varnas. Swamiji, in your one answer you said that Kshatriyas are those who protect their country but are politicians also considered Kshatriyas. Please also tell if there were any people in history who by their deeds did work of two or more than two varnas like yogiraj Shri Krishna who ruled people righteously and had attained God in his mind.

Four varnnas
In this connection Yajurved mantra 31/11 also says that he who knows Vedas and God, he is Brahmin being most supreme in the world like a mouth in the body. So anyone (of any caste) can be a Brahmin by hard studies of Vedas, practising Ashtang yoga therein and thus realizing God. One who has physical power in his arms, he is Kashtriye-Rajput to protect the country. So anyone can be a Rajput, holding the said qualities. One who has powers in his thighs to travel and to do hard work to establish business, he is Vaishya (businessman). One who has not studied, based on his qualities that he could not gain the qualities of Brahmin, Kashtriye and Vaishya, he is shudra (may be of any caste).
We must know that nowadays our country is not following the vedic path. People mostly do not listen to Vedas. Therefore do not know the vedic knowledge, deeds, sins and worship based on vedas. So nowadays no politician discharge his duties according to Vedas in the absence of vedic knowledge.
Yogeshwer Shri Krishna was learned of vedas. Therefore he knew that one must follow the vedic spiritual path being main motto of life and he should simultaneously also get progress in worldly deeds and should discharge his duties faithfully. So, vedas preach that a person should get progress in vedic spiritualism as well as in materialistic matters.

Swami Ram Swarup: Hawan kee poornna aahuti mei nariyal rakhne ka tareeka ye hai ki nariyal ka upar ka mukh khol ke kaat kar thoda sa chhed bana kar usmein desi ghee, desi khand aur dry fruits daal dena chahiye aur poornna aahuti par ye nariyal hawan kund ki agni mein samarpit kiya jaaye. Aisa karne se blast nahi hoga. Aapki shadi mein nariyal ka blast hona koi galat baat nahi hai. Kisi bhi pandit kee baat mein mat aana aur paise bekar mat karna.
